JOB DESCRIPTION / MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC

Participate in discussions with customers to understand and clarify development requirements.
Tham gia trao đổi với khách hàng để nắm rõ và làm rõ các yêu cầu phát triển.
Create and update development documentation.
Soạn thảo và cập nhật tài liệu phát triển.
Design software and define technical approaches based on requirements.
Thiết kế phần mềm và xác định phương án kỹ thuật dựa trên yêu cầu.
Develop and implement software features according to specifications.
Phát triển và triển khai các tính năng phần mềm theo đặc tả.
Fix bugs and resolve technical issues as needed.
Sửa lỗi và xử lý các vấn đề kỹ thuật khi cần thiết.
Collaborate with team members to clarify requirements and ensure smooth development.
Phối hợp với các thành viên trong nhóm để làm rõ yêu cầu và đảm bảo quá trình phát triển diễn ra thuận lợi.
Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and readability.
Tham gia review code nhằm đảm bảo chất lượng và tính dễ đọc, dễ bảo trì của code.
Maintain and improve existing applications and functionalities.
Bảo trì và cải thiện các ứng dụng, chức năng hiện có.

At least 2 years of experience in software development.
Có ít nhất 2 năm kinh nghiệm phát triển phần mềm.
Experience in software design and development based on requirements and specifications.
Có kinh nghiệm thiết kế và phát triển phần mềm dựa trên yêu cầu và đặc tả.
Experience in creating and updating development documentation.
Có kinh nghiệm soạn thảo và cập nhật tài liệu phát triển.
Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
Có khả năng giải quyết vấn đề và tư duy phân tích tốt.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Có kỹ năng giao tiếp và làm việc nhóm tốt.
Careful and detail-oriented when reviewing and developing code.
Cẩn thận, tỉ mỉ trong quá trình phát triển và review code.

Experience in developing and maintaining web applications.
Có kinh nghiệm phát triển và bảo trì các ứng dụng web.
Familiarity with AWS, CI/CD tools, microservices.
Có kiến thức/hiểu biết về AWS, các công cụ CI/CD và kiến trúc microservices.
Experience using AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT to support development and documentation.
Có kinh nghiệm sử dụng các công cụ AI như Claude hoặc ChatGPT để hỗ trợ phát triển và soạn thảo tài liệu.
Experience in analyzing and improving application performance.
Có kinh nghiệm phân tích và cải thiện hiệu năng của ứng dụng.
