JOB DESCRIPTION

Build plans and processes for software development that maximize the power of Generative AI
Plan, propose, and lead the implementation of new projects applying Generative AI, as well as directly participate in AI integration programming
Ensure the progress and quality of projects that the AI team is responsible for
Develop solutions to automate the generation of technical documentation and user manuals based on AI
Collaborate closely with the QA team to research the application of AI in the testing process, such as methods for automatically generating test cases and intelligently processing test results using AI
Promote and build a working environment where AI becomes a powerful support tool for every member of the programming team
Proactively share knowledge, skills, and experience in Generative AI with team members

At least 3 years of work experience in the AI/Machine Learning field, including at least 1 year in a leadership role
Experienced in building and deploying solutions using Generative AI, especially in applications such as:
- Automated test case generation & software testing support (AI for QA)
- Technical documentation generation and summarization (AI for documentation)
- Developer support (AI-assisted coding, code review, code generation)
Experienced in fine-tuning or prompt engineering on LLM models to solve specific business problems
Has worked with integrated systems between AI and internal systems (e.g., connecting AI with Gitlab, GitHub, etc.)
Possesses product thinking, the ability to strategize internal AI development, and foster a culture of AI adoption within the team
